You aren’t alone
I figured that this one would be a great starting topic since it’s the one I see people talking about the most and that’s because it’s a universal indicator that you are at some stage of a Spiritual Awakening.
First of all it’s perfectly normal to start waking up between 3:00 am & 5:00 am depending on where you are located and other factors because this is often one of the first signs or symptoms of your Pineal Gland starting to activate and you might as well get used to the fact that you are going to lose some sleep for a while and go ahead and try to plan for it rather than fight it because you won’t win.
This is something that’s just going to happen and there is a good reason for it so once you are aware of it you can adjust and cope to the changes. For starters let’s talk about why you wake up like this every night.
Waking Up to Your Awakening
At around the time of 3:00 am-5:00 am the Veil that separates the Dimensions (3D, 4D, etc..) is at it’s very thinnest and that is when you are most easily able to see, hear, or feel the “other side” and if your Angels or Guides are working with you (which they generally are) you might be more sensitive to it and awaken.
For those of you who are looking for something a little more scientific we also know that your Melatonin production decreases at this time but keep in mind that your Melatonin is produced by your Pineal Gland and when it is being worked with you will produce less and therefore will possibly wake up.
This doesn’t generally happen to most people unless something is going on with their health or the natural supply of Melatonin is low. Some people try to take supplements of Melatonin but it never did work very well for me personally although the sleep I did get was a more quality sleep while taking it.
My perspective is that when your Spirit Team is directly working with you the Pineal Gland is working hard at de-calcifying and activating so it doesn’t produce enough Meletonin to keep you asleep and when you wake you are able to sense the energy of your Team and with practice, this develops your Psychic Abilities.
So what can you do about the Physical Symptoms?
- Go to bed/get up a bit earlier
- Take a warm bath before bed
- Take Melatonin
- Avoid caffeine/alcohol/drugs
- Ask your Spirit Team for relief or pray (it really helps!)
- 30 minutes of exercise per day
- Quit trying to fight it and start “working with it” by just getting up for a short while & Meditating to receive messages.
Will it ever go away? For many of us it comes & goes and you just kind of learn to roll with it and adapt. It really is the best time of the day to practice Spirit Communication and other Psychic Abilities because your Intuition will be sharp at this point and some of your best ideas or creative sparks are prone to happen in this time-frame.
Another interesting point about the 3:00 am point in time is that many Natural Cause Deaths occur in this time-frame. My grandma that worked in Nursing Homes most of her life told me this many times and throughout life I’ve noticed that it really does happen a lot, she herself passed in the middle of the night.
So if you are waking up in the middle of the night don’t stress it, there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s a very normal part of the process. It’s simply the best time in the Universe to connect with you and your Spirit Team just don’t get it about how much you love sleeping because they don’t sleep & don’t get the whole concept of time but getting through to you is their priority. You can always just have a word with them about it too, they will comply… for the most part but remember these messages can change your life for the better!
